Troubleshooting any
inconsistencies, such as photo eyes, rethreading, & manual manipulation
of controls. DCS, Allen Bradley & NYBLAD systems. Set up proper bailing
process and manually controlling baler, conveyors and faults. Daily cleaning,
inspection and maintenance throughout the facility. Proper lock out and tags
out procedures during all repairs and inspections of machinery. Reprogramming
and setup of various machinery and systems. Assisted in administration of
networks for implanted facilities of locations throughout the northeast
region as well as process control systems including but not limited
to: field elements and devices, such as: PLC, HMI and reporting
software. Recommended changes to control strategies or operational modes
based on observation as well as assisted Control Systems Engineer, Industrial
Electricians, and IT Systems personnel to resolve interface issues of field
devices and PCS. Collaborated in the plan development of equipment
installation and physical system modifications, coordinating with contractors
